Zhang Jin, Director of R&D: He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a doctoral degree in electronic science and technology in 2011. He has worked in the Shanxi Key Laboratory of Thin Film Technology and Optical Inspection for many years and has rich experience in optical fixed focus, zoom and optical thin film design. Good at all kinds of glass-plastic hybrid aspheric lens optical design, film system design, unique design concepts in the field of chromatic aberration correction, infrared confocal and high and low temperature correction.
Wu Qianghua, Technical Director: In 2007, he graduated from Xi' an Technological University with a master's degree in optical engineering. He was one of the founding shareholders of Trace. He undertook most of the early optical design of Trace Optical, including optical extension program design, stray light & ghost light path simulation ，production technology and customer problems and other practical fields have unique design and process solutions.

Q1:what does your warranty covers?
A1:Our product is backed by 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material& workmanship).missing /lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.
Q2:Can I get some samples at the first cooperation?
A2:Yes, we can give customer some samples for test at the first cooperation wit each other.
Q3:How do you ensure your production?
A3:We have more than 400 employee in our factory for production line and the factory covers an area of 12000 square meters . And all of our product have passed the test such as SGS,CE,ISO.
Q4:When can I get the goods ?
A4:simple orders delivery within 5-7 days since payment received.massive orders delivery within 12-15 days since payment received.
Q5:How much is the shipping cost?
A5:Generally speaking, we suggest customers to provide the pay-as-you-go account number, if there is no pay-as-you-go account, then we will calculate the reasonable shipping cost according to the actual situation, such as the distance and the country, and the customer will make the prepayment.
